First Official Trip to the ER

We took our first official trip to the ER when we were in Dallas.  We were staying at a friend's house and in Mikey's efforts to give the cat its good-morning harassing he tripped and hit the fireplace with his ear.  He had to get 3 stitches in his ear and it was good and bruised.  The ER trip took about 2.5 hours total.  It was traumatic for me because Mikey screamed and fought when we were holding him down for the stitches.  I've never heard him make noises like that before!  When it was all finished I held him and he sat right up, pointed to the iPad, and shouted "GA!" (for George).

He was pretty bruised behind his ear too, but it was hard to get a good picture of it.
